Global Warming
Global warming is a big environmental and social issue all over the world which everyone must know especially our kids and children as they are the future.
The biggest problems are the rise of sea level and the changes in weather patterns. The first factor will wipe out some countries in our world map. The second factor that can increase hurricanes, floods and other unusual weather. Fish populations could also be affected and most of our plantations may be destroyed.
Regard to the above global warming factors, we have to stop producing more carbon dioxide in our environment.
Firstly, we can do this by reducing the use of oil, coal and gas and we should concentrate on using renewable energy such as Solar Power, Wind Power and Wave Power.

Secondly, we have to plant more trees that can absorb carbon dioxide and convert them into oxygen.
Thirdly, we have to use less energy and electricity to avoid producing a great amount of carbon dioxide, sulphur, CFCs and Methane gases as they are all harmful to the environment and ozone layer.
To conclude, there are some steps that governments and individuals can participate to reduce its effects. Governments need to enforce the limits on carbon dioxide emissions for polluting industries in their countries. Apparently, climate changes and other environmental problems are threats that can be combated if every one takes action to "Going Green" such as recycling our wastes, using bicycle as major transport, consuming less meats and etc. It is just a matter of moving out of our comfort zone and putting up with a little inconvenience. It also requires us to make fundamental changes to our life styles.
